zpool.ca because of the auto-exchange function no need to switch thru different coins all the time. For other stuff, pool.minertopia.org and suprnova pools

I tested supportxmr.com for Monero. Good pool, no registration needed, low fees, nice dashboard for mining stats, payout 0,3 XMR.
